  1. Brown sugar
  2. Honey
  3. Coconut oil
  4. A clean jar

All you have to do is mix a table spoon each of honey and coconut oil and stir it well. Once a mixture is formed, stir in two tea spoons of brown sugar. White Teeth

Who doesn’t love to show off their pearly whites? Why use across the counter products when you can do one yourself at home?

  1. Baking soda – Aluminum free
  2. 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide
  3. Peppermint essential oil

A very simple DIY beauty product. The maximum time spent will be on procuring the ingredients. Just mix the baking soda with the hydrogen peroxide to form a smooth paste. Add a few drops of essential oil, as per your requirement and your home made teeth whitener is ready. Just dip your tooth brush into this paste and brush your teeth for about two minutes, before brushing with your regular tooth paste. The baking soda helps to whiten your teeth and also keeps your breath fresh, while the peroxide fights bacteria and also whitens teeth.

Cleansing Wipes

Who doesn’t reach out to a wet wipe to clean themselves up? Be it just your dirty hands or to refresh your face after a tiring workout. Why not make those wipes yourself instead of reaching for that pack of store wipes?

  1. Distilled Water
  2. Melted Coconut Oil
  3. Tea tree blend essential oil
  4. Grapefruit essential oil
  5. Vitamin e drops
  6. Clean towel
  7. A large bowl

  • Cut the towel into the desired size and keep aside.
  • Pour in the coconut oil, vitamin e drops and essential oil into the large bowl and stir well.
